The star plate will fill the pouch with an established amount of liquid after being moved to the next position below the filling nozzle. The pouch that has been filled will be connected to the capping place, where the cap can be placed manually or automatically using a vibratory bowl. The cap will be put onto the spout by the capping head. A gearbox and a rotary indexer supplied by an AC motor and managed by an AC frequency drive form the main drive.
