Automatic web sealing machine is Fully automatic HMI PLC Based Web Sealer Machine with 8 ft. Of bottle Input Conveyor for group packing of bottles in the group of 6,12,18,24 depending on the requirement. This is fully auto web sealing machine where bottles are convening via conveyor and pneumatic stopper will stop the bottle according to selected group matrix then process of sealing & cutting of LDPE film followed by Pushing Group Matrix to Shrink tunnel and Full shrunk Bottle Group matrix will come out from tunnel and heat will dissipate through Overhung Fab on Exit of Shrink Tunnel and Group Matrix will roll out via roller table.
